Welcome to Luxury Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our games, and all services we provide. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not register for or use our services. We recommend reading this document carefully before you complete your luxury register process.

Operator Information and Licensing

Our platform is owned and operated by Apollo Entertainment Limited (C45483), registered at 8 Villa Seminia, Suite 2, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta, as part of the Casino Rewards network. We hold an Internet Gaming Operator licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operate pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Any unresolved disputes are escalated to iGaming Ontario. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, and you agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of our casino.

Eligibility and Restricted Territories

Our services are available exclusively to players physically located within the province of Ontario, Canada, and you must be at least 19 years of age to register a real-money account. We do not permit wagering from outside Ontario, and any winnings accumulated while playing outside the province will be voided and your account suspended. We strictly prohibit the use of VPNs or any IP-augmenting software to disguise your location, and we reserve the right to confiscate any gains obtained through such methods. Account Registration

To access our luxury casino games, you must complete our luxury register form with accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and address. We may request identity verification documents at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend your account until verification is complete. Every player automatically receives a single Global Account linking every sub-account you hold across Apollo-managed brands in Ontario, sharing responsible-gaming settings, deposit and loss limits, and wagering activity.

Luxury Casino Login and Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your luxury casino login credentials confidential. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on our platform are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The minimum luxury deposit is $10, and we accept credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers, e-wallets, and Interac. The minimum luxury withdrawal is $50, rising to $300 for Direct Bank Transfer or wire payouts. We process withdrawals via Visa, Mastercard, OCT to Visa, e-wallets, Direct Bank Transfer, and CAD EFT / eCheck.

We impose a withdrawal limit of $4,000 per week where a win is substantially greater than your total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and we may adjust this limit at our discretion. Card-scheme caps also apply: Mastercard Payment Transactions are capped at 40,000 EUR per day (approximately $58,000 CAD), while Visa OCT payouts are limited to 30 transactions or 50,000 USD per day, 50 transactions or 85,000 USD per 7 days, and 150 transactions or 170,000 USD per 30 days. We may pay large balances in daily portions across successive weekdays.

Every withdrawal request is subject to a 48-hour pending period, during which it remains reversible in full or in part until fully processed. Once this period ends, we process cashouts the next business day, Monday to Friday only, with no processing on weekends or public holidays. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT / eCheck 2-3 working days. Your first payout using a new method may take an additional 5-7 working days.

Bonuses and Promotions

We offer a generous luxury casino bonus package across your first five individual deposits: 100% up to $150 on your first deposit (minimum $10), 50% up to $200 on your second, 25% up to $300 on your third, 50% up to $200 on your fourth, and 100% up to $150 on your fifth. Bonus funds are credited automatically, and deposits cannot be combined - each qualifies independently. We do not currently offer a luxury casino no deposit bonus, but we encourage you to check our promotions page regularly for new luxury free spins or a luxury bonus code offer.

All bonus funds carry a 30x wagering requirement before conversion to real cash; a $100 luxury bonus requires approximately $3,000 in wagering. Luxury slots contribute 100% toward wagering, while table games, parlour games, live casino titles, and other game types contribute only 2%. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard contribute 0% and earn no loyalty points. Double-up play does not count toward wagering. Your cash balance is always wagered first; bonus funds are only used once your cash balance reaches zero.

We consider the following as irregular play, which may void your winnings: placing single bets of 25% or more of your credited bonus, using autoplay to clear wagering requirements, making even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps, or Roulette, triggering a game feature after your bonus balance hits zero, withdrawing deposits before your bonus is redeemed, and hedge betting. Unused promotional bonuses expire 60 days after registration, and all promotions apply only to deposits and wagers made through our downloaded software. We also limit every luxury promo code and promotion to one per device, person, household, family, address, email, financial account, IP, or shared network, and no two promotions may be combined.
